JUST FOR ADULTS THIS WINTER & SPRING
1-28-10 Natural Cures
Discover the healing power of nature with chiropractor and health enthusiast, Dr. Bill McGrimley. Prior to opening his chiropractic practice in Seneca Falls, Bill served as a natural healer for Native Americans in Alaska. Come learn how he uses foods, herbs and other natural means to bring health and healing to the body.
6:30 - 7:30 pm, $7 per person

2-01-10 thru 3-11-10 (Mondays & Thursdays) Zumba
Dance your way into a healthier body with the hypnotic Latin rhythms of Zumba! Certified Zumba instructors, Heather Colletti and Michele Turner, make this mixture of aerobics and dance fun for everyone.

4-01-10 Herb Garden Workshop
Start your own herb garden with Seneca County Cornell Cooperative Extension Educator, Patti Battley, and the Master Gardener Volunteers. This hands-on workshop will include planting, growing and cooking tips. (All materials provided.)

4-21-10 Microbrewing at Home
Whether you've tried your hand at microbrewing before, or you're just getting started, you'll want to check out our Microbrewing at Home Class with Brewmaster, Dean Jones. Dean is a seasoned brewmaster from Wagner Brewing, and has all the tips and techniques you need to make a great tasting beer.
6:30 - 8:00 pm, $7 per person

5-19-10 Nature Photography in Black & White
Learn the art of capturing the world in black and white with professional photographer, Gina Prusinowski. 
6:00 - 8:00 pm, $8 per person (Bring your own camera. Any style camera is fine.)

1-30-10 Life Under the Snow
Have you ever wondered what it's like to live under the snow? Come join the fun with Audubon Naturalist, Camille Burns, as families discover how animals survive our cold winters, and kids experience life under the snow as a vole!
1:30 - 3:00 pm, For families, $5 per child, (kids 3 & under, free)

2-20-10 Winter Fun & Games
Bundle up families, because we're headed outside to build quinzees (snow shelters) with Audubon Naturalist, Camille Burns! At the end of our snow shelter fun, we'll enjoy hot cocoa and s'mores by the outdoor fire circle. (In case of no snow, we'll hit the trail for a winter hike and games.).

3-27-10 Naturally Dyed Eggs & Bird Nest Creations
Families will use different parts of plants to dye eggs naturally and construct one-of-a-kind nests with Audubon Naturalist, Camille Burns!

4-29-10 Rope Bracelet Making
Kids ages 8 - 12 can make awesome rope bracelets out of plant materials with Cornell Cooperative Extension Youth Development Educator, Rachel Williams!
6:00 - 7:30 pm, For children ages 8 - 12 years, $5 per child

5-6-10 Women Wall Hanging Design
Kids ages 8 - 12 will have a great time with Cornell Cooperative Extension Youth Development Educator, Rachel Williams as they weave and paint their own colorful wall hangings!
6:00 - 7:30 pm, For children ages 8 - 12 years, $5 per child

5-8-10 A Party in the Sky
Bring your family along to celebrate International Migratory Bird Day with Audubon Naturalist, Camille Burns! We'll play bird identification and migration games, practice using binoculars, and then head out for a walk to observe the party in the sky that happens every spring and fall: Bird Migration! (Binoculars will be provided, but please bring your own if you have them.)
1:30 - 4:00 pm, For families, $5 per child (kids 3 & under, free)

5-13-10 Indigo Sock Design
Kids ages 8 - 12 can design cool socks by using natural indigo with Cornell Cooperative Extension Youth Development Educator, Rachel Williams!
6:00 - 7:30 pm, For children ages 8 - 12 years, $5 per child

5-20-10 Rocket Fun
Kids ages 8 - 12 will have a ball learning the science of rocketry in this crazy competition with Cornell Cooperative Extension Youth Development Educator, Rachel Williams!
6:00 - 7:30 pm, For children ages 8 - 12 years, $5 per child
